How to Use
1. Add a KPI
Tap '+KPI' in the option menu to add a KPI.
Set 'Data Type' and 'Target Value Type'.
These settings cannot be changed later.
Data Type: Select from following 3 target types:
- Number: Interpret 'Number' values as standard numeric data.
- Time(m:ss): Interpret 'Time(m:ss)' values as durations in minutes and seconds.
- Time(h:mm:ss): Interpret 'Time(h:mm:ss)' values as durations in hours, minutes, and seconds.
Target Value Type: Select from following 2 target value types:
- Individual Value: The target value is set for each individual value.
- Cumulative Value: The target value is set for the cumulative value.
2. KPI Settings
Set the KPIs.
These settings can be changed at any time.
Tracking cannot be performed unless these settings are completed.
You can still consult Gemini about strategy scenarios even if the 'Strategy' field is left blank.
KPI: Describe your target in as much detail as possible using AI-Friendly prompts.
Strategy: Describe your scenario for achieving your target in as much detail as possible using AI-friendly prompts. Include your planned logging frequency in the scenario. For Main KPI, also recommend including why this goal matters and your envisioned success state.
Deadline: Must be a furure date.
Target Type: Select from following 5 target types:
- Reach Below Max Target: Aim to reach below the max target value.
- Reach Above Min Target: Aim to reach above the min target value.
- Keep Within Range: Aim to keep within the range between the min target value and max target value.
- Keep Below Max Target: Aim to keep below the max target value.
- Keep Above Min Target: Aim to keep above the min target value.
Max Target Value: The target value is set for the individual value or cumulative value.
Min Target Value: The target value is set for the individual value or cumulative value.
Critical Gap Value: The gap between the target value and the critical threshold.
Sub KPI: Sub KPI must not be in 'Planning' status and its deadline must be set before the Main KPI deadline.
3. KPI Tracking
Tap the 'Entry' icon to perform tracking.
Input Data: The input data consists of 4 fields.
- Timestamp: Must be a past datetime. Long-tap the Calendar icon to set a live-updating timestamp.
- Actual Data: Enter a numeric value.
- Label: 2 Labels can be included as metadata.
Clear: Short-tap to clear the Actual Data.
Enter: Long-tap to record the Input Data.
4. Check Tracking Status
Tap the 'Graph' icon to check tracking status.
This app features 3 phases and 13 statuses based on the tracking progress:
Phase: Broad status categories:
- Pre-start: The KPI has not entered active result tracking.
- Active: The user is actively pursuing the KPI.
- Post Deadline: The KPI cycle has reached or passed the Deadline.
Status: Detailed status categories:
- Planning: The scenario for reaching the goal has not yet been sufficiently developed.
- Strategy planning: The user is developing a strategy for achieving the goal.
- Start tracking: Initial result data is being established.
- Target achieved early: The target condition is satisfied before the Deadline.
- Ahead of schedule: Progress is ahead of the expected trajectory.
- On track: Progress is consistent with the expected trajectory.
- Slight deviation: Progress is slightly outside the expected trajectory.
- Noticeable deviation: Progress is meaningfully outside the expected trajectory.
- Severe deviation: Progress is substantially outside the expected trajectory, and significant change may be needed to preserve the original scenario.
- Critical deviation: Progress is critically outside the expected trajectory or the remaining time has become critically limited.
- Target achieved: The target condition was satisfied by the Deadline.
- Target slightly missed: The target condition was not fully satisfied by the Deadline, but the final gap is limited.
- Target missed: The target condition was not satisfied by the Deadline.
5-Stage RAG Status: This app categorizes status into five levels based on progress.
🟢 Green: Ahead (+10%, Max 3 days ahead) / On track
🟡 Amber: Slight deviation (-3%)
🟠 Ember: Noticeable deviation (-10%)
🔴 Red: Severe deviation (-20%)
🟣 Purple: Critical deviation
The number of decimal places on the vertical axis of the graph depends on the setting of the target value.
5. Select, edit, and delete input data
Tap the 'Arrow' or 'List' button to select the input data.
You can filter by label. Long-tap the 'Filter' button to clear the filter.
Tap the 'EDIT' button to edit the selected input data.
Tap the 'DEL' button to delete the selected input data.
6. Consult Gemini
Tap 'Gemini' in the option menu to consult Gemini.
You can create a text file containing KPIs and coaching prompts and send it to Gemini.
The more detailed your input, the richer the AI response will be.
Google Gemini app should be installed.
